Our feature project encompassed the complete ground floor, comprising three reception rooms, a hallway, kitchen, and utility area. The meticulous process began with the installation of 6mm ply in the reception rooms, while the remaining areas were expertly screeded to match the ply’s height. A flawless, seamless finish was achieved through the application of Uzin NC196 fibre-reinforced smoothing compound, creating an immaculate foundation for the next phase.

The pièce de résistance of the ground floor revamp came in the form of the stunning Ambiance Washed Oak Herringbone flooring, adorned with an elegant border and expertly secured using the high-strength Uzin KE49 adhesive. This transformative addition brought a touch of timeless elegance and sophistication to the entire ground floor, setting the stage for a new era of grandeur and style.
Moving to the first and second floors, we introduced the luxurious Primo Choice Elite carpet by Cormar to nine rooms, two landings, and two flights of stairs. Elevating comfort and style, we paired the carpet with the top-of-the-range Cloud 9 Cumulus 11mm underlay, ensuring a plush and indulgent underfoot experience throughout the upper levels. To add a touch of refinement, antique brass door strips and stair rods were meticulously fitted, enhancing the overall aesthetic and providing a seamless transition between spaces.
