Flooring Repair, Levelling and Fit

This project began with the installation of 6mm ply in the lounge/diner and study, setting the stage for the transformative renewal of these central areas. Meanwhile, the hallway received special attention, with the application of F77 2-part DPM to ensure a flawless foundation for the next phase.

To create a seamless and level surface, we applied the revered Uzin NC196 compound, meticulously building up to the height of the ply. This step was crucial in preparing the groundwork for the subsequent application of Uzin NC196 to skim the entire floor, ensuring a flawless and uniform finish that exuded sophistication and refinement.

The crowning touch of this remarkable renovation came in the form of herringbone LVT by IVC, supplied by the customer and expertly installed using their chosen adhesive. This visually striking flooring solution not only added a touch of timeless elegance but also promised lasting durability

To provide a welcoming and stylish entrance, we added a finishing touch in the form of new coir matting, elevating both the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the space.
